May – Shawlands Community Clean-up 

Join us for Shawlands Community Clean-up on Saturday 6 May  at 12:00 Noon

Meeting point Shawlands Academy main Enterance. Looking forward to seeing you on Saturday. 

​If you can manage it from 12.00 – 14.00 then that would be excellent but if not then don’t worry about it.   You don’t need to be out for the whole 2 hours, whatever time you can manage please do come along even half an hour.

Report – April Shawlands Community Clean-up 

Shawlands Community Clean-up went well and we managed to clean streets opposite Shawla ds Academy.

One of the volunteers said that they have bahhed a lot less rubbish this time compare to the last time.

The area is getting more and more cleaner and we are joined by more and more volunteers.  Thanks to Shawlands Academy and Shawlands Primary school for their support.  

April Pollokshields Community Clean-up 

April Pollokshields Community Clean-up went well.  We were joined by Human Appeal Volunteers.

We have managed to clean Forth Street, Melville St, Leven St, Leslie St, Glennap St and Forth St.

Thanks to Munir Chaudhary, Chair Pollokshields Development Agency,  Bailie Hanif Raja, Bailie Norman MacLeod, Glasgow City Council candidate for Pollokshields Ward Dr Nighet Riaz.
